I’ve only opened them so far but I can taste the flavor in the smell. I plan on using the spicy oxtail seasoning and greens seasoning Christmas. I cooking Christmas Eve and I hope everything makes it to Christmas Day.

When I opened the bag I started sneezing and couldn’t stop. I used about a tablespoon in a pan of 8 packs of oxtails and a quart container of beef broth. It was almost too spicy. The seasoning is a 5 star for those that love spicy foods.
