This is absolutely delicious. We bought it from a booth at the fair on a whim, where the salesperson told us that it worked well on salmon. He was so right!! I make salmon 2-3 times a week, and have used it no fewer than 85% of the time. My favorite way is to put the salmon on a shallow foil 'dish', skin down, and generously sprinkle garlic powder and then the Seattle Rain seasoning. Put a pat of butter or two on top, and place it on my grill at med-high heat for about 10 minutes. It is FANTASTIC- in fact, I'm buying more today!
