I receive the order but unfortunately I did not receive the products that I ordered. The packing slip documented my original order, however the products enclosed did not match. Everything was there with the exception of the dressing seasoning. Instead, I receive a lemon pepper seasoning. I drafted an email to the [****] address and attached a picture of the order received. I never received a response. I resent the email a few days later. Still, no response. I then sent a Direct Message via IG. I still have not gotten a response. I am sure this entire order #10107 dated November 25 is about human error. Please advise.
I don't want to leave a rating above because I know it might affect the overall score for your business. I am drawn to your brand because it is a black-owned business and I value the hard work and tenacity. I hope I will get the product I ordered. I have enjoyed the three cook books and other seasonings in the past. I would like to continue, but I may have to switch to another brand due to this error.
